As much as I wish that every meal we ate was freshly prepared with the finest ingredients by my hands, I also live in reality. After a 40+ hr work week for both of us, sometimes cooking isn’t a relaxing family activity. Tonight’s choice was pizza. Picking up a frozen pizza on the way home was less healthy than homemade, but more cost effective than take out.
In preparing the pizza to be cooked my husband discovered something quite useful. If you cut the pizza before you cook it, it is a lot easier. No waiting for it to cool. Burning your fingers on the cheese. Or having half the toppings slide off while your try to slice it.
Nice clean cuts and even pieces.
Place pieces close together on pan and bake as you normally would.
